Policies

By visiting & shopping on this website, the user agrees to the following: 

 
  • The artist is the only individual that has access the information collected on this site. And the shop only collects/has access to information that you voluntarily give via email or other direct contact from you. The shop will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

  • The artist will use your information to complete your orders or respond to you, in regards to any correspondence you may send. 

  • The shop will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

  • Unless you ask us not to, the shop may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

  • You may opt out of any future contacts from the shop at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the Contact form located at the top of the website.

  • The shop takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

  • Wherever sensitive information (such as credit card data) is collected, that information is encrypted and transmitted to the shop in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

Privacy
 
Commissions
  • All payments for custom commissions are due UP FRONT and IN FULL before the completion of your order can begin.

  • The artist reserves the right to turn down any commission requests for any reason (not comfortable with subject, short deadline, etc.) at which time, the customer will be given a full refund.

  • Processing time for custom commissioned pieces is usually 2 - 4 weeks. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

  • The artist will send you an email with a Preview Photo attachment of your custom commissioned piece when finished for your approval before shipping.

  •  The customer does not own any rights to the images created by the artist from any custom commissioned pieces, artist retains all rights.

  • Photos of the finished custom commissions may be shared by the artist through social media at the artists discretion, unless the customer specifically requests not to have the finished work shared.

  • Please note, artwork created through custom commissions may be used to make future art prints for sale in the shop.

 
Deadline Liability
  • Creating custom commissioned art takes time and at times there may be a queue of open orders that need to be worked on. Please be patient while your order is being created.

  • Orders are worked on in the same order that they are placed

  • Please be sure to review the item carefully, take note of the "Average Production Time" listed in the Commissions item description to see how long the item you want will take before it can be shipped to you.

  • If you have a specific deadline that you need an order completed in time for, please contact the artist first to make sure this is a deadline that can be met! And be sure to leave a note in the "Instructions" section of your order that states your deadline.

 

 

The shop is NOT responsible for missed deadlines under the following circumstances:

  • If the customer does not provide the deadline up front and/or the shop is unaware of the deadline.

  • If the customer needs the item sooner than the listed "Average Production Time" in the item's description and the customer does not contact the shop first to ensure this deadline can be made.

  • If the customer does not provide the shop with the information needed to complete the order

  • If the customer does not response to the "Preview Proof Emails" sent by the shop to ensure the customer's satisfaction with the product before shipping it.

  • If the customer provides the wrong address on the Order Invoice and does not take measures to inform the shop of the incorrect address.

  • If the shop recommends that the customer purchases the upgraded Priority Mail Service to ensure the deadline is made and the customer declines to purchase this service.

  • If the package was delayed due to the Post Office's handling time, the Post Office lost or mishandled the package or it was delayed due to customs.

The shop is ONLY responsible for getting the item completed in a timely fashion and in the hands of the US Post Office with enough time (based on their average delivery times) to reach its destination.

 
Payments
  • This shop accepts all forms of PayPal payments and direct Credit Card payments processed through Square at this time.

  • Payment must be received first before any order can be processed and shipped out.  

  • All payments for custom commissions are due UP FRONT and IN FULL before the completion of your order can begin. (Please see the COMMISSIONS section of the Policies for more details.)

 
Shipping
  • All finished orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, unless a different service is requested by the customer.

  • If expedited shipping services are desired, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.

  • International packages may incur customs fees that the shop cannot determine ahead of time. The customer is responsible to pay all customs/duties fees.

  • The shop is not responsible for missed deadlines due to the Post Office's handling time of the package.

  • The shop is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Insurance can be added for an additional fee.

 
Refund / Cancellation

ORIGINAL ART & ART PRINTS

  • If for some reason you receive the item and you decide you do not like it, you can send it back for a refund of the purchase price only or exchange it for a product of equal value.

  • You will be required to ship the item back to the shop in the exact condition it was received in. Both the original shipping and return shipping paid will NOT be refunded to the customer.

COMMISSIONS

  • The shop sends "Preview Proof Emails" with photo attachments of the finished custom items before shipping out your order to ensure you are happy with the item when it arrives.

  • If you are unhappy with the image shown in the proof, you can cancel the order for a full refund.

  • But there are NO refunds or exchanges on Custom Commissioned pieces once the customer has approved the Preview Proof email and the piece has been shipped out.

  • All orders can be cancelled at any time before they have been processed & shipped out. You will receive a full refund for any canceled order.

  • Once the order has been shipped out, the order is no longer eligible for a cancellation.

  • The shop is not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged by USPS.

  • But, if your order is lost /damaged through the mail, or if there is a problem with your order -  please contact the shop and the artist will try to resolve any issues that you may have.

  • If  you would like to check the turnaround time for an order or commission, please be sure to contact the artist BEFORE placing an order by using the Contact form on this website.

  • If you have read through these policies and have any questions or concerns at all, please contact the artist using the Contact form on this website.

  • You will receive an answer to your questions with 48 hours.
